Aims & Objectives
Our main aims and objectives are to supply quality care that meets the clients needs, not ourʼs. From half an hour to 24 hours, all our clients receive the same level of professional care. All new clients are assessed by our Care Director, Wendy Ravenscroft who has been a Register Manager for over 15 years. Wendy also interviews all new care staff ensuring that the carer and client relationship will work well.
All our staff are fully vetted and subjected to a full enhanced C.R.B check. New staff are given a full induction and receive on-going NVQ training leading to qualification. Staff are also trained in moving and handling, and medication. Other specialised training is given if required.
Peace of Mind
At Q.C.S we realise that peace of mind is an important part of any care service and is a concern for both clients and their families. Q.C.S are one of the first companies in Staffordshire to introduce “Live Call Monitoring”. This allows us to check that staff arrive, and leave clients at the correct times. Should they not arrive on time, our time management are alerted automatically so that the necessary action can be taken.
We wanted to write a thankyou to you and your staff for the Excellent and Reliable Service and Care that you give to Mum. The quality of service that you provide is outstanding. You have shown a reliability that is very difficult to find these days. You have never let Mum down and you show her the respect and provide her with the care that she needs and deserves in her declining years, and which allows her to stay in her own home. We have great peace of mind in the knowledge that in our absence, due to work and commitments when we cannot be there, that she is receiving only the very best care from yourselves that can be provided.
We also want to say a big thankyou for all the little extras that you do for her, outside the job description. I would have no hesitation in recommending your Services to anyone who finds themselves requiring a personal care package, as we did. Again, thankyou all for your professionalism, reliability, kindness and care.
